“ That’s not very LADY LIKE… “
Often women in the dance genre are fighting for their recognition in the industry, from only being added as a feature artist on tracks (or not credited at all) or having to kick down doors to be on a line up and still only coming as a small print… However the industry is changing and women are getting better opportunities, more equality, opening the doors and paving the way! But the work is never done, so we want to create an event, yes BUT more importantly a community that supports the rise of local female talent in the industry.

Our Host EBONY BAILEY From the Unity Radio show GENESIS will be kicking the night off at 6pm (perfect day rave warm up for the weekend!)
???? Starting the night with the baseline babe ‘FXCKBOUT’ she will be warming you up and setting the tone for our night! FB is a Dj who plays everything from UKG all the way to D&B, All though she is pretty new to the city she has been making her mark already, you might know her from her own event ‘F*cking about with friends’ or the community of females she represents ‘Sisterhood’ either way you’ll know she is about supporting and celebrating the craft and keeping the women front and centre if it all.

We have a summer set from TORIAH a producer and Dj from Liverpool, working with huge labels across the north west, even before her rebrand she was hosting weekly radio shows and gigging at many events in the north west BUT now is an unstoppable producer and Dj who you might have seen perform at local hotspot Joshua Brooks or maybe even Creamfields! Supporting artist like Hannah Wants & MK! If not you will have definitely herd her on BBC introducing, KISS FM or BBC radio 1 with her continued support from the station and radio presenter Jaguar.
???? Our first singer of the night is someone you’ll know from her previous work in the urban side of the industry, or maybe you’ve herd her heart and soul poured over her ballads! After smashing out the Xfactor back in 2018 she has been a whole journey as an artist and more Recently repp’d the 0161 with her feature on “queens of the city” with PLT where her track “pretty” was used on all their content! Not guessed yet? Of course we are speaking of the AMAIZNG BELLA PENFOLD!! Bella has been working on some dreamy house music this last few month and will not only be performing her latest single “ prodigy “ but also sharing some of her new summer hits!
???? Lastly on our line up, performing a mix of her house, tech house and D&B music is the performer herself EMILY F*CKING JADE! Emily Jade has been traveling all over the country working with multiple producers to create music to soundtrack your summer! With radio support from the BBC and her extrovert social media presence Emily has found herself racking up over 100 thousand streams on her first 2 releases alone! Recently she been working with big labels like ultra and the Crucast collective but As an independent artist she does it all… from writing & singing, to planning the music video, artwork concepts, release events and of course her social content. On the 30th of June she will be celebrating her newest release “Run” which she will be performing for us with her live band… yes we are talking Drum & Bass with a live band…
SO with a cool NQ venue, a fully stocked bar, tickets so reasonably priced that ya gran could afford to rave even on her pension and a SICK all female line up the only thing to do is round up your favourite ‘shades on – world out – gun fingers up’ dance partners and secure your ticket!
