Interactive Mandala Painting Workshop

This workshop consists on :
– Co-creation. Creating Art through collaboration.
– Connecting with oneself and others through the power of art and energy.
– Have fun and play like a child.

Exercises include non-verbal communication, release through impulsive movement painting, mindful breathing meditation, dance, sharing circle, face-painting etc…

At the end, we mix all of our creative juices by co-creating a Mandala all together 🙂
