Lo Rays, a Glasgow-based electro-rock band, brings their post-apocalyptic show to Manchester for the first time. Their newly released futuristic concept EP Algorithm Gods combines influences from synth-pop to metalcore. Lo Rays has been featured on BBC Radio 1, and they are fresh from playing their biggest shows to date supporting VUKOVI. Expect heavy riffs, catchy pop hooks and a theatrical high-energy performance.
Lo Rays was founded when Finnish singer and songwriter Laura moved to Scotland, following her dream to make music in the footsteps of her heroes Biffy Clyro. She met Scott Bathgate (guitar), Murray Bartle (drums) and Ryan Jones (bass) in the Scottish music scene.
