With only four shows played before live music went on hiatus, Julia-Sophie’s first run of support shows was with the likes of Haiku Salut, Art School Girlfriend, Stealing Sheep, Laetitia Sadier, Sink Ya Teeth and Low Island, followed by headline shows in Manchester and London.

Freshly signed to Beat Palace Records (Anna Prior of Metronomy’s new imprint), there’s no stopping Anglo-French, Oxford-based electronic-pop artist Julia-Sophie. Her past EPs “y?” & “</3” established her spectral, avant-pop sound, infused with experimental electronics and compared to artists like FKA Twigs, Kelly Lee Owens and Ela Minus, and were featured by BBC 6Music, The Quietus, Electronic Sound, Bandcamp Daily and The Line of Best Fit.
