Slippery People Present: Stop Making Sense (a film screening)

Why stop making sense? Why a movie? Why a big suit? Where do the odd movements come from? What will the band do next?
All these questions might be answered as we play the seminal concert film by the legendary Jonathan Demme & the Talking Heads at AATMA on September 29th.
We will screen the film for the dancers (and voyeurs) then continue afterwards as the Slippery People DJs play a selection of floor-shaking inspirational tracks from the likes of LCD Soundsystem, Yello, Pylon, B-52s and (insert several more seminal New Wave bands here!).
The film starts at 7.45pm. Bring your dancing shoes and biggest suit.
