Sprinters are an indie rock band from Manchester. Initially a solo recording project of Neil Jarvis, the now four-piece evolved into a full band. They released their debut album on Manchester label Icecapades in 2017 to critical acclaim from the likes of The Skinny, Gold Flake Paint and Piccadilly Records and gained album of the year by Manchester blog MIMR. The band have supported touring bands such as Chastity Belt, Holy Wave, The Monochrome Set, La Luz and Spinning Coin and are about to release their second album.

New Luna
.
A staple band of Manchester’s underground alternative scene, New Luna continue to establish themselves as an act pushing dream-pop and post-indie music in a forward direction. Drawing comparisons to Radiohead, Lift To Experience and The Chameleons, the band introduced themselves with the “brilliantly forward-thinking noisy rock” (Piccadilly Records) of 2016’s self-titled debut EP, while a string of subsequent singles have consistently reached the top 3 on Hypemachine’s Worldwide Blog Chart and gained the band support from Clash, Dork, BBC Introducing and Spotify’s own playlisters.

Alongside supports with Happyness, Kagoule, Her’s and Sløtface, the band have performed at a DIY Magazine showcase and featured on bills at YNOT?, ArcTanGent, Truck and Threshold festivals. Tipped by Paste Magazine as one of the 15 Manchester Bands You Need To Know In 2019, New Luna began the year with a sold-out single launch party at Manchester’s Gullivers before featuring at The Great Escape, Dot To Dot and Louderthanwar’s showcase at FOCUS Wales festival.
